Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
